Job summary
A recruitment agency in Singapore seeks an Executive Assistant to provide administrative support to senior management. The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of GCE N/O or ‘A’ Levels / Diploma and basic knowledge of Microsoft Office. Responsibilities include managing schedules, preparing reports, and handling correspondence. Immediate availability is required.

- Provide administrative and secretarial support to senior management.
- Manage calendar scheduling, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting materials.
