Job summary

A leading construction firm in Singapore seeks an HR professional to manage end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment and compliance with employment regulations. The ideal candidate will possess a diploma or degree in HR Management and have 2–3 years of relevant experience, preferably in construction. Strong HR operations knowledge, interpersonal skills, and the ability to handle confidential information are essential for success in this role. Qualifications

  • Familiarity with Singapore employment laws and MOM requirements.
  • Payroll processing knowledge will be an added advantage.

Job description
Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle end-to-end HR operations, including employee onboarding, offboarding, confirmation, and personnel records management
  • Manage recruitment activities such as job posting, resume screening, interview coordination, and offer preparation
  • Liaise with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and recruitment timelines
  • Administer HR policies, procedures, and ensure compliance with MOM and relevant employment regulations
  • Support foreign manpower matters including work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations (if applicable)
  • Assist in payroll preparation, including attendance tracking, leave management, overtime, and payroll data verification
  • Coordinate employee benefits, insurance, and statutory submissions (CPF, SDL, etc.)
  • Handle employee queries and provide day-to-day HR support
  • Support audits, HR reports, and ad-hoc HR projects as assigned
Requirements:
  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management or related field
  • Minimum 2–3 years of HR experience, preferably in the construction industry
  • Strong knowledge of HR operations and recruitment processes
  • Familiar with Singapore employment laws and MOM requirements
  • Payroll processing knowledge will be an added advantage
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Able to work independently and handle confidential information professionally
