The ideal candidate must hold a degree in Mechanical & Electrical Engineering with at least 5 years of relevant experience and proficiency in Autodesk Revit or BIM software. Responsibilities
To support the construction team for M&E engineering works.
Planning/scheduling and coordination of M&E works.
Project coordination, supervision, and monitoring of the progress of site work.
Coordinate M&E engineering work and work closely with other department staff to resolve site discrepancies and technical issues.
Oversee and ensure works are carried out in accordance with the approved drawings, materials and method statements.
Ensure quality work in order to achieve CONQUAS and/or QM requirements
Liaise with clients, consultants, relevant authorities, and sub-contractors on M&E issues.
Handle any other ad-hoc duties and tasks assigned.
Requirements
Degree in Mechanical & Electrical Engineering or related fields. PE Board recognized degree is preferred.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the construction industry for senior role.
