Job Responsibilities

1. Responsible for the planning, design, maintenance, monitoring, and troubleshooting of business system databases.
2. Manage and maintain databases (MySQL/PostgreSQL), including basic operations.
3. Proficient in MySQL performance analysis and tuning, monitoring, and troubleshooting to ensure data security, including regular backups and on-demand recovery.
4. Familiar with best practices in database development and usage; provide guidance to developers to ensure standardized database use.
5. Research new database architecture solutions and assess their adoption and promotion.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor\'s degree or above in Computer Science or a related field, with 3+ years of MySQL database management experience.
2. Proficient in MySQL, with experience in database planning, installation, configuration, monitoring, performance tuning, and high-availability architecture.
3. Skilled in using database management, analysis, and design tools.
4. Experience with MySQL operations in high-traffic and large-scale environments, with unique insights into daily monitoring.
5. Familiar with or knowledgeable about DB on EC2 / AWS RDS; hands-on experience is a plus.
6. Familiar with common DevOps tools (Python, Golang); strong awareness and capability in automation are preferred.
7. Able to provide technical support for database-related issues during development and optimize SQL queries used by developers.
8. Strong communication skills and team spirit; able to identify and drive the resolution of issues promptly.
9. Bonus: Experience in maintaining NoSQL databases such as TiDB, Redis, or ElasticSearch (not a primary requirement).
10. Bonus: Familiarity with message queues and middleware such as MQ, Kafka, or Canal (not a primary requirement).
