Job summary

A leading construction firm in Singapore is looking for a Project Manager with a degree in Civil Engineering and at least 3 years of experience in large infrastructure projects. Responsibilities include site project management, planning, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Candidates should be proficient in site operations and have experience with projects valued over 200 million. This role is based at Bugis.

Qualifications

Roles and Responsibilities

• Site project management.
• Overall project planning, scheduling, monitoring and updating to meet project completion targets.
• Daily site activities planning, preparing work breakdown, daily site operations, site coordination, monitoring and report work progress.
• Work closely with sub-contractors on project progress and ensure timely work arrangements
• Liaise with consultant and carry out site inspection.
• Attend weekly or monthly meeting with sub-contractors on work progression and prepare monthly meeting progress report.
• Preparation of structural analysis, loading calculation and drawings.
• Establish good relationship with all relevant parties.
• Ensure site safety & compliance to authorities’ requirements.
• Perform other construction-related duties as assigned by Reporting Manager.

Job Requirements

• Degree in Civil or relevant Engineering
• Min. 3 years of working experience.
• Office software
• Experience in Infra-structure project more than 200million / LTA Projects.
