Responsibilities

• Provide timely IT support to all users, resolving hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Maintain and troubleshoot computers, laptops, servers, printers, firewalls, and network systems.
• Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT systems at the main office and project sites.
• Ensure data backups are performed accurately and securely.
• Conduct preventive maintenance to ensure optimal system performance.
• Manage company communications systems, workstations, and servers.
• Plan and execute regular IT audits for company branches and group companies across the Asia Pacific region.
• Develop audit plans based on risk assessments and ensure alignment with group-wide objectives.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards (e.g., ISO 27001), regulatory requirements, and headquarters’ security policies.
• Collaborate with regional IT teams to address audit findings and implement corrective actions.
• Prepare comprehensive reports with actionable recommendations for system and process improvements.
• Monitor adherence to internal policies, procedures, and ISO benchmarks.
• Identify potential vulnerabilities through risk assessments and recommend mitigation measures.
• Undertake any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) or equivalent certification preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT audit, compliance, or a related role, preferably in a group company or multinational environment.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach.
• Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and time management skills.
