A leading food service company in Singapore seeks an experienced Company Director to drive marketing strategy and lead a high-performing team. Key responsibilities include developing the overall marketing strategy, managing budget allocations, and acting as the brand ambassador. The ideal candidate should possess over 5 years of relevant experience, strong sales process understanding, and excellent communication skills. Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in a sales or a similar client-facing role.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and lead the overall marketing strategy aligned with company goals and market dynamics.
  • Set departmental objectives, KPIs, and long-term vision for brand growth and market penetration.
  • Act as the strategic marketing advisor to the executive leadership team.
  • Define and elevate brand identity, tone, and positioning across all markets.
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels and regions.
  • Oversee the planning, execution, and performance of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, media, and events.
  • Direct market research initiatives to understand customer needs, market trends, and competitive positioning.
  • Use insights and data analytics to inform strategy and product development.
  • Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing marketing team.
  • Set performance objectives and guide career development of team members.
  • Develop and manage the marketing department budget.
  • Allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI on campaigns.
  • Evaluate agency partnerships and ensure cost-effective outsourcing.
  • Manage high-level communications, PR strategies, and crisis communication plans.
  • Serve as the company’s brand ambassador at public events.
