Position Overview

The Business Development & Marketing Director will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding key accounts, and developing strategic partnerships for our GMP manufacturing business. This role requires a strong understanding of regulated manufacturing environments, B2B sales, and market development within the healthcare, wellness, or pharmaceutical-related industries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute business development and marketing strategies to grow GMP manufacturing and OEM/ODM services
  • Identify, approach, and secure new B2B clients, including brand owners, distributors, clinics, and corporate partners
  • Manage and strengthen relationships with existing key accounts to ensure long-term cooperation
  • Lead contract negotiations, pricing strategies, and commercial terms in coordination with internal teams
  • Work closely with Production, Quality, Regulatory, and Supply Chain teams to ensure feasible and compliant project execution
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to support strategic decision-making
  • Represent the company in business meetings, industry events, and relevant trade exhibitions
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field
  • Minimum 8–10 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing, preferably in GMP manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, health supplements, or related regulated industries
  • Proven track record in B2B sales, key account management, and revenue growth
  • Strong understanding of GMP environments, regulatory considerations, and manufacturing workflows
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
  • Strategic mindset with hands‑on execution ability
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate across functions
  • Proficiency in English; Mandarin is an advantage due to regional client base
