Job summary
A dynamic trading and distribution company in Singapore is looking for a Finance Operations Executive. This role includes managing daily transactions, performing reconciliations, processing invoices, and supporting office administration tasks. Candidates should have a diploma in finance or accounting and 1-3 years of related experience. Familiarity with MYOB and Microsoft Excel is essential. The position offers a full-time schedule from Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm.
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in finance, accounting, or data entry roles.
- Familiarity with MYOB, U8, and intermediate Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and accountability in handling financial data.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily TT transactions and ensure all bank-related activities are recorded on time.
- Perform daily and monthly bank reconciliations.
- Review and process invoices and agreements.
- Coordinate with external vendors for office maintenance.
