Report to: CTI Group CFO
Key Responsibilities
1. Regional Financial Controlling & Accounting
- Lead all APAC financial accounting, consolidation, closing, and reporting activities
- Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Maintain strong internal controls and ensure adherence to CTI HQ accounting policies
- Oversee regional statutory reporting, audits, tax filings, and ensure full compliance with local regulations
- Drive consistency, standardization, and automation of finance processes across all APAC countries
2. Regional Finance Performance Management
- Review and challenge country budgets, forecasts, and long-range financial plans
- Lead the regional P&L, cash flow, and working capital management
- Conduct financial variance analysis and performance reviews with BU or entity leaders
- Optimize cost structures and drive profitability across different BU/Product lines
3. M&A Support & Post Deal Integration
- Lead post-deal finance integration, including alignment of financial controls, accounting structures, and reporting frameworks in APAC region
- Establish integration timelines, governance mechanisms, and synergy tracking for acquired APAC entities
- Ensure newly acquired companies comply with CTI policies and financial systems
4. Regional Finance Operations & Governance
- Build and maintain strong financial governance across APAC
- Strengthen regional internal control frameworks and conduct periodic control reviews
- Ensure compliance with group financial policies, tax regulations, and risk management standards
- Lead financial evaluation and approval processes for major projects, capex, and new investments
5. Leadership & Team Development
- Lead, mentor, and upskill regional finance teams; build strong succession pipelines
- Drive cross-country collaboration and build a high-performing finance community across APAC
- Facilitate training on finance policies, compliance, and internal controls
- Promote a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement
Qualifications & Requirements
1. Education & Experience
- Bachelor & above degree in Finance & Accounting with CPA/ACCA preferred.
- 15+ years of experience in finance, with at least 5 years in a regional leadership role
- Strong background in controlling, accounting, financial governance, audit & tax
- Hands-on experience in MNCs or regional Asia-Pacific organizations
- Experience in multi-entity and cross-border finance operations
- Exposure to M&A integration and cross-country financial consolidation
