Job summary

A leading hotel and resort company in Singapore is seeking a Manager Finance and Business Partner. This role is integral for providing analytical insights and support to various departments. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong financial acumen, be proactive in process improvements, and have at least five years of relevant finance experience. Responsibilities include working with leadership on financial reviews and reporting, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and managing stakeholder expectations.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in Finance and Accounting.
  • Knowledge of accounting principles and finance processes.
  • Experience managing regional teams and multiple stakeholders.
  • Ability to handle large volumes of data and complex financial models.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as primary finance business partner for various disciplines.
  • Conduct business planning and financial analysis.
  • Work closely with leadership teams and project teams.
  • Deliver holistic business reviews and key recommendations.
