Qualifications

• Relevant work experience in the construction industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and review accounting operations on on-going site projects.
• Provide administrative support for site matters such as workers dormitory.
• Assist financial reporting and management reporting to Japan HQ.
• Supervise account and admin team (10 staff) to ensure compliance.
• Prepare regular cash and cost forecasts and analyze variance.
• Manage project cost for assigned project site.
