Responsible for creating individualized radiation treatment plans for patients, that optimized dose to tumour while minimizing dose to healthy tissue and organs.

Collaborate with radiation oncologist, radiation therapist and medical physicist, to ensure the safe delivery of radiation treatment for patients.

Review and verify that radiation therapy treatment plans are safe and accurate.

• To perform treatment plan optimization
• To participate in inter-section collaboration within department
• To perform Dosimetry related documentation for clinical radiation therapy.
• To perform quality assurance and safety checks on treatment plans
• To participate in education and professional growth
• To maintain high standards of professionalism in dealing with staff and patients during work, to deliver quality patient care and experience.
• To assume additional responsibilities assigned by supervisor.

• MSc in Radiation Therapy treatment planning or equivalent.
• MSc in Medical Physics or equivalent.
• Post-graduate qualification in Medical Dosimetry or Radiotherapy Planning preferred
• Certified Medical Dosimetrist preferred

• 3 years’ full-time experience in treatment planning and dosimetry.
• Knowledge in clinical radiation therapy services, processes and protocols in the hospital environment.
• Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills for clinical discussions and collaboration.
• Possess people-management and organizational skills in multi-disciplinary situations.
