Job summary

A leading mobile advertising company in Singapore seeks a seasoned Senior Management professional to drive strategic growth across the APAC region. Candidates should have over 10 years of experience in digital advertising, strong leadership skills, and a deep understanding of the mobile ecosystem. Meet Your Team :

The team operates at the highest level, building strategic partnerships with major global accounts through complex sales processes. We collaborate closely with business and tech stakeholders to design tailored solutions that seamlessly integrate into established apps – ensuring sustained growth and brand safety. Everything this team handles is high‑stakes : by actively engaging senior decision‑makers internally and externally, we secure adjoe’s enterprise clients, guaranteeing them smooth product integration and lasting long‑term value.

What You Will Do :

Strategic Leadership : Develop and implement the strategic plan across APAC, aligned with global business objectives.

Identify market opportunities and define strategies to capture significant market share and drive growth.

Client and Partner Engagement : Be the local point of contact for APAC publisher partners, and cultivate / maintain strong relationships with key clients, agencies, and partners.

Sales and Business Development : Build and lead the supply sales team to achieve revenue targets and expand our partner base.

Drive business development initiatives, including new product launches and market expansion efforts.

Manage the P&L for APAC, ensuring financial targets are met and resources are optimally allocated.

Hire, train, and develop a high‑performing local team.

Identify market opportunities and define strategies to capture market share and drive growth.

Operations and Management : Oversee day‑to‑day operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in all business processes.

Who You Are :

Minimum of 10+ years of experience in digital advertising, marketing technology, loyalty solutions, or a related industry.

Proven track record of leadership and success in a senior management role.

Deep understanding of the APAC mobile ecosystem, and regulatory environment.

Strong network of contacts within adjoe’s key verticals in APAC, including but not limited to : fintech / neobanks, Telco, restaurant / convenience store apps, delivery services, gaming, travel, rewards platforms

Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in both English and Mandarin

Entrepreneurial mindset with a results‑oriented approach.

Ability to think strategically and execute tactically.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
