About The Role

We are looking for an outgoing and friendly Community Associate who will be the go‑to person for our community. By liaising with members and vendors, the successful candidate will support our community to express themselves more creatively within our communal space.

With a focus on our members, the Community Associate will assist in the execution and delivery of the range of products, services and community building at the Co. More importantly, he/she will also be assisting in creating and executing exciting events centred around building strong communities and meaningful programmes, all while ensuring an excellent experience at the Co.

Key Responsibilities
Commercial
  • Assist with planning, strategizing and executing member programming and events
  • Complete contract administration, company onboarding and accurate updating of CRM platform
  • Assist in driving growth and promotion of Co. provided services
Community / Operational Duties
  • Ensure that the building is fully operational and quickly resolve maintenance concerns
  • FOH duties
  • Welcoming patrons to the Co.
  • Representing current programs and upcoming events
  • Responding to (and directing) exciting ideas and enquiries
  • Connecting partners and members to enhance networks and events
  • Develop a thorough understanding of all members, roles and businesses within your building and work to understand how the Co can support
  • Manage day to day requests from members and partner organizations
  • Assist with move‑ins and move‑outs
  • Oversee event installations/setup and assist with managing all events
  • Ensure desired operational standards and readiness of the Co, at all times, to provide a best member experience
  • Coordinate with vendors to identify any repairs, maintenance or updates required in the space
  • Execute, support and oversee all vendor & procurement requirements for the Co.
  • Assist in building and maintaining multiple communities, internal and external
  • Produce comprehensive reports that allow all stakeholders to improve the member experience
Skills and Experience
  • 2 years customer service or hospitality experience essential
  • Proven ability to adapt well to change
  • Commercially savvy with the ability to foster excellent internal and external relationships
  • Experience managing sales pipelines and CRM databases
  • Highly developed relationship and stakeholder management skills driven by a member centric attitude
  • Must demonstrate core values of integrity, dependability, self‑awareness, excellent work ethic, and empathy for others around them
  • Proficient in basic computer skills
  • Attentive to detail and manage tasks efficiently and effectively
