Job summary

A local bakery company in Singapore is seeking physically fit individuals for a cake packing role. Responsibilities include accurately packing cakes, following order sheets, and maintaining a clean workstation. No prior experience is needed as training will be provided. Candidates must be comfortable working in a cold environment and adhere to a schedule that includes early morning shifts, weekends, and public holidays. Job description

5am-2pm (Overtime may be required based on production needs) — New hires begin with 7am shift for training
Transport will be arranged/ reimbursed for 5am shift (Only for staffs who are residing in the West Area)
4-days' of work, 1-day off cycle (Inclusive of weekends & PH)
Gross monthly salary up to $2,400

Roles & Responsibilities

• Packing different types of cakes (sliced/ whole) according to standardized guidelines.
• Read and follow outlets' order sheets carefully to ensure the correct type, size and quantity are packed.
• Accurately apply labels and stickers to packages.
• Organize and stack packed cakes by outlets, correctly sorting for delivery routes.
• Keep the workstation clean, tidy and hygienic at all times.
• Support production workflow by assisting other sections when needed to meet daily production targets.
• Perform ad-hoc duties assigned by Supervisor/ Manager to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements

• SINGAPOREANS ONLY
• No experience candidates are welcome to apply as training will be provided.
• Physically fit ― able to stand for long periods, lift moderate weights and perform repetitive tasks.
• Comfortable with cold environment ― need to enter chiller/ freezer rooms ; jackets will be provided.
• Work in dynamic, fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks efficiently.
• Able to adhere to the work schedule ― 4-days' of work, 1-day off (inclusive of weekends & PH) & 5am shift.
