A leading recruitment agency in Singapore is looking for a Senior Biddable Media Strategist to oversee digital partnerships and enhance operational excellence. The successful candidate will have at least 7 years of experience in digital media, specifically in Google Ads and programmatic trading, along with strong leadership and strategic planning skills. This role leads the agency’s biddable media strategy and digital partnerships, driving operational excellence, innovation, and commercial impact across search, social, and programmatic channels. The position serves as the senior escalation point for complex biddable matters and plays a critical role in regional capability building, new business growth, and internal digital education.
Oversee end-to-end delivery of biddable campaigns (Search, Social, Programmatic) for clients.
Act as the final escalation point for complex technical and performance challenges.
Partner with the GM of Digital to define and scale the SEA Biddable Playbook, including buying methodologies and data governance.
Lead adoption of AI-driven optimisation solutions (e.g. Performance Max, Advantage+).
Drive first-party data activation and advanced audience strategies.
Evaluate and recommend new media platforms, technologies, and data partners.
Build and maintain strong strategic relationships with key media vendors (Google, Meta, TikTok, The Trade Desk, GrabAds).
Unlock beta access, unique inventory opportunities, and favourable commercial terms.
Champion continuous testing, innovation, and performance improvement.
Lead biddable strategy input for new business pitches and proposals.
Develop and deliver structured training programs for digital and client services teams.
Elevate internal knowledge across platforms, trends, and best practices.
Minimum 7 years of progressive experience in digital media, with strong expertise in Google Ads Search and programmatic trading.
Advanced, hands‑on knowledge of biddable platforms including Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, and DV360.
Proven ability to audit accounts and develop commercially sound strategies.
Strong leadership experience in strategic planning, people management, and senior stakeholder engagement.
