A leading staffing firm in Singapore is seeking dedicated individuals to join their Contact Centre team. The role involves attending to customer enquiries via phone and email, maintaining high accessibility standards, and effectively managing service requests. Candidates should possess at least 'A' Levels or a Diploma and have strong interpersonal and communication skills. This contract position lasts for 6 months and offers a completion bonus.
