• Survey potential CET courses based on demand from employers.
• Develop marketing strategies to promote CET courses.
• Manage CET training schemes and Workplace Training Centres.
• Compile information for management reporting.
• Review product lines to remain relevant and effective.

Proficiency in MS Office applications
