Key Responsibilities

• Full P&L ownership for Theben Asia; set and achieve revenue and profitability targets.
• Develop and execute regional market strategies, including pricing and channel design.
• Build, lead, and coach a high-performing team across sales, technical support, and operations.
• Oversee complex KNX/DALI and smart building projects from pre-sales to delivery.
• Ensure compliance with Singapore regulations and corporate governance standards.
• Drive commercial excellence: key account management, distributor governance, and partner performance.
• Streamline operations and processes for efficiency and audit readiness.
• Represent Theben Asia to global leadership and external stakeholders.
