Production Supervisor (Aerospace Manufacturing)
Descripción de la vacante
A leading company in the Aerospace Manufacturing Industry is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead a machining and assembly team. The role involves driving employee development through coaching, maintaining safety standards, and overseeing production efficiency. Ideal candidates will have a degree in Engineering and at least 5 years of supervisory experience.
Formación
- Minimum 5 years supervisory experience in production operations.
- Strong knowledge of CNC machining and programming.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiar with Lean manufacturing.
Responsabilidades
- Lead and motivate a production team to meet schedules.
- Drive employee development through coaching and training.
- Maintain safe and organized work environments using 6S standards.

- Lead and motivate a production team involved in machining and assembly to meet production schedules and customer needs.
- Drive employee development through performance management, coaching, training, and talent acquisition in alignment with business objectives.
- Maintain a safe, organized work environment by implementing 6S standards and overseeing machine optimization and capacity planning.
- Support Lean/Kaizen initiatives, resolve issues with other cells, and ensure accurate ERP system updates (Syteline).
- Oversee team morale, manage attendance, and conduct performance reviews while addressing grievances and disciplinary issues.
Requirements:
- Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
- At least 5 years of supervisory experience in production operations within the Aerospace Manufacturing Industry.
- Strong knowledge with CNC machining and programming.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with Lean manufacturing principles.
