Working hours: 9am - 5.30pm

Job Description

• Maintain good relationships and develop new businesses with key clients.
• Conduct business trips and develop new businesses in ASEAN countries.
• Handle requests and inquiries from clients and provide solutions.
• Communicate with Japan HQ for pricing, shipping schedule, stock situation.
• Prepare documents related to sales activity using PowerPoint or Excel.
• Attend to guests from Japan and clients, if required.
• Other ad‑hoc duties as assigned by management.

Job Requirements

• Willing to challenge sales position.
• Demonstrates a willingness to learn new skills and shows a commitment to long‑term tenure with the company.
• Proficient in Mandarin for effective communication with clients.
• Basic conversational level of Japanese is a plus to communicate with Japan HQ and colleagues.
• Prior experience working in a Japanese SME is an advantage.
• Exhibits a keen interest in Japanese culture and a strong motivation to work in a Japanese company.
• Holds a valid driving license.
