Job summary
A leading financial services firm in Singapore is seeking a skilled financial professional to manage expense budgets, review financial claims, and ensure compliance with local standards. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Finance or Accounting and has 3–5 years of experience in financial management. Familiarity with Kingdee financial software is a plus. - Familiar with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS) and local tax filing processes.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and monitor annual/quarterly/monthly expense budgets, and perform variance analysis.
- Review employee expense claims, vendor payments, and contract-related expenditures.
- Assist in designing and refining expense management processes and reimbursement standards.
- Perform daily accounting entries and voucher reviews using Kingdee financial software.
- Handle month-end and year-end closing and prepare financial statements accurately.
- Participate in reconciliations, GST submissions, and annual audit coordination.
- Assist in financial data preparation related to cash flow tracking and capital operations.

Proficient in Kingdee (金蝶) financial software will be a plus
Strong communication skills, proactive, and able to collaborate across departments and drive tasks forward
