A leading financial services firm in Singapore is seeking a skilled financial professional to manage expense budgets, review financial claims, and ensure compliance with local standards. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Finance or Accounting and has 3–5 years of experience in financial management. Familiarity with Kingdee financial software is a plus. Prepare and monitor annual/quarterly/monthly expense budgets, and perform variance analysis.
Review employee expense claims, vendor payments, and contract-related expenditures to ensure compliance and cost effectiveness.
Assist in designing and refining expense management processes and reimbursement standards.
Perform daily accounting entries and voucher reviews using Kingdee financial software.
Handle month-end and year-end closing and prepare financial statements with accuracy.
Participate in reconciliations, GST submissions, and annual audit coordination.
Assist in financial data preparation related to cash flow tracking and capital operations.
Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Accounting, or related disciplines
3–5 years of financial experience, with exposure to expense management or general ledger
Familiar with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS) and local tax filing processes
Proficient in Kingdee (金蝶) financial software will be a plus
Strong communication skills, proactive, and able to collaborate across departments and drive tasks forward
