Client Services Executive (Employee Benefits)

We are currently seeking Client Service Executives to join the team. In this position, you will be part of a team responsible for incoming customers/patients queries and delivering superior customer experience through providing assistance/guidance in a timely manner.

What You'll be Doing

  • To manage a portfolio or corporate clients, this position will be the first point of contact and support to the client via emails or calls.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve client requests or issues promptly, to coordinate with internal support teams where required.
  • Maintenance of Client database, including data entry and uploads.
  • Client implementation and system setups.
  • Generate and prepare monthly/ad-hoc Client reports.
  • Client contract renewals and upsell of services where applicable.
  • Other administrative tasks including but not limited to member card preparation, documentation, filing, etc.
  • Assist with accounts receivable follow-ups where required.

What We Are Looking for

  • Candidates with prior experience with Healthcare Insurance provider will be an added advantage.
  • Proficient in MS Office Applications.
  • Possess good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Passion for customer service and a good team player.
