Job summary
A leading packaging company in Singapore is looking for a Sales Executive to achieve growth and meet sales targets. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication and business skills, and be bilingual in English and Chinese. Fresh graduates are welcome, and product training will be provided. This role offers a competitive salary of SGD 3,500 plus commission, with a 5-day work week.
Qualifications
- Successful previous experience in sales, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence effectively at all levels.
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
Responsibilities
- Achieve growth and hit sales targets.
- Develop new leads for new customers.
- Provide excellent service in relation to customers' enquiries.
Skills

- Strong business sense and industry expertise
- Bilingual in English & Chinese – written and spoken

- Develop new leads for new customers;
- Provide excellent service in relation to customers' enquiries, feedback and problems;
- Ensure prompt execution of enquiries and orders delivery;
- Follow-up and/or negotiate with customer, resolve differences with the customer;
- Ensure the authorization of delivery and prevention of late delivery as well as prevention of damaged, deteriorated or wrong products being delivered;
- Analyse and understand market trends and competitors and keep management and sales team informed;
- Ensure timely collection of account receivables.

Product training will be provided.
5-day work week Monday to Friday from 8.30 am to 5.00 pm
Salary range: SGD 3,500 (include transport allowance) and Commission
(The starting salary is commensurate with the candidate’s work experience.)
Must have own car
