Job Description

• Responsible for accounting and ensuring accurate data in accounting system
• Review and posting of accounting entries, ensure data accuracy
• Verify payments and invoices (Trade and non-trade)
• Issuance of Quotation and Invoice to Customers
• Timely submission of management reports and account closing
• Assist in yearly statutory audit and tax schedules
• Assist in annual inventory count reconciliation, coordination and arrangement
• Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned

Job Requirements

• Degree or professional qualification in Accountancy, ACCA or its equivalent
• Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience
• Responsible, team player who is proactive and independent, warm personality with strong communication skills
• Computer literate, familiar with Microsoft Office Application and accounting system
• Knowledge with Autocount Accounting System is an Advantage
