Job Description
- To prepare tender quotations for new projects.
- To response to technical queries, supervise and check sales engineers' documents for tenders and quotations.
- To pursue sales leads, conclude orders and initiate internal sales process and logistics.
- To provide update on sales activities and money collection status regularly.
- To supervise Marketing Executive(s) and support their daily duties and responsibilities.
- To check equipment condition highlighted by Service Maintenance division via feedback form and decide on the scope of work needed to carry out.
Job Requirement
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. Highly preferred candidates possess technical expertise in the lift and escalator industry.
- Prior experience of at least 3 years in preparing tender quotations.
- Proven skills in pursuing leads, closing sales, and initiating internal order processing and logistics coordination.
- Strong presentation skill and able to articulate effectively to the expectations of customers.
- A team player, able to work in a fast and dynamic environment.
