A financial services firm in Singapore seeks a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead the company through its Capital Markets Services licence application process. The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of relevant experience in capital markets, strong knowledge of compliance frameworks, and proven leadership capabilities. This role emphasizes a compliance-first culture and requires effective communication with regulators and stakeholders.
The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) will play a pivotal role in leading the company through itsCapital Markets Services (CMS) licence application processand in establishing the governance, operational, and compliance frameworks necessary for future licensed operations under theMonetary Authority of Singapore (MAS). This role requires a leader with deep knowledge of Singapore’s capital markets and regulatory environment, who can work closely with legal, compliance, and operational teams to ensure the company’s successful licensing and readiness for launch.
