Sr Business/ Finance Analyst (FP&A, Healthcare/ Pharma MNC, Central) #HDC

Job Description

The role aims to identify, prioritize and create new business models to generate growth organically and through external partnerships, minority investments and acquisitions in the APAC region. The design and creation of a new business model applies the Business Model Innovation (BMI) process of market discovery, blueprinting, pilot prototyping and scale‑up in partnership with country and business unit teams.

Responsibilities:

• For new business models and potential external partnerships perform commercial and financial scenarios to in building business cases and supporting business decision making
• Clearly identifying key assumptions and testing them where possible through market based facts and comparables
• Performs scenario, sensitivity and “what if” analyses to inform the initiatives and structure.
• Evaluates the on‑going financial impact and effectiveness of strategic initiatives.
• Participate in company’s initiatives to drive profitable business growth

Requirements:

• A minimum of 5 – 9 years of commercial and financial forecasting experience required
• Experience in a Corporate Finance is a plus
• An MBA or CFA is a bonus
• Strong analytical background, ability to build financial models and high attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Practical and solutions‑driven focus, with the willingness and ability to implement innovative business models to improve healthcare ecosystems in APAC
• Delivery focused while managing multiple priorities; effective time management skills
• Ability to see the "big picture" and understand and develop the details behind it
• Demonstrates flexibility, independence, and initiative to perform successfully in a growing and constantly changing environment
