Position Overview

As a Senior Associate / Vice President in our expanding Investment Banking team, you will play an integral role in executing transactions and providing financial advisory services for clients across Southeast Asia.

This position offers a unique opportunity to work on high‑profile deals, develop key relationships with clients, and contribute to the growth and success of our investment banking practice in Asia.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work on projects alongside talented bankers in specific industry, product and country coverage groups, providing a unique learning opportunity
  • Collaborate with senior team members in deal origination, structuring and negotiation
  • Conduct in‑depth financial analysis, valuation, and modeling to support transaction execution
  • Support the execution of mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, and other financial transactions
  • Develop marketing memoranda and participate in client meetings and presentations
  • Conduct comprehensive and in‑depth company and industry research
  • Assist the team in delivering solutions to clients leveraging the full spectrum of the bank's capabilities
  • Review and coordinate the analytic work of junior bankers to move the marketing/execution process forward
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business, Economics, or related field
  • 5‑7 years’ relevant experience in investment banking, corporate finance, or related fields. Candidates with less than five years’ experience will not be considered
  • Highly driven, detail‑oriented, diligent with strong analytical, communication and writing skills
  • Well‑versed in ECM/M&A and a track record of leading the execution of transactions
  • Ability to interact comfortably with business clients and management
  • Fluency in English and preferably another Southeast Asian language
