Job description

Woodside is seeking a fund accountant or administrator to be operations lead. Woodside is growing steadily in 2022 with new FO clients and new 2-3 new fund launches (Real Estate, MedTech, VC). Woodside needs to further develop its operations team to support this growth.

You will manage and execute administration of Woodside and the operation of our VCCs and sub-funds. This may include Corporate Finance execution activities. The candidate will deal with clients in an administrative capacity and also with multiple external service providers (administrator, custodians, auditors, compliance, IT, settlements). The candidate will also help with the recruitment of additional staff in the operations team.

Requirements

• Owning the full spectrum of the finance operations - being hands on with managing and running of all accounting.
• Self‑motivated, process-oriented fund accountant (CA/CPA).
• Diligent adherence to detail.
• Coordinating output of external providers of Compliance & IT, with internal ops & finance for Board reviews.
• Coordinate with Compliance providers to adhere to relevant MAS regulations, monitor risk management policies and ensuring timely adherence to regulatory reporting schedules.
• Familiarity with the settlement cycle.
• Familiarity with VCCs and sub‑funds.
• Familiarity with emergent financial infrastructure technology (e.g. DLT).
• Comfort with working with international clients.
