Job summary
A maritime services provider in Singapore is seeking a candidate to act as a liaison between customers and sales teams. The role requires handling quotations, processing orders, and ensuring smooth communication between Sales and Production. Applicants should possess a diploma or degree, good communication skills, and proficiency in MS Office. This position offers a dynamic work environment with opportunities to take on various responsibilities.
Qualifications
- Diploma or University Graduate required.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills essential.
- Proficient in MS Office and demonstrates a positive attitude.
Responsibilities
- Acts as customer/sales liaison for quote/order clarification.
- Processes customer orders and follows up with customers.
- Coordinates between Sales and Production to ensure requirements are met.
- Manages customer credit rating and payments with Accounts Department.

- Issue material requisition form
- Coordinate documentation for shipment
- Organizes and maintain reference files
- Coordinates customer credit rating with Accounts Department and assures the limits are not exceeded in placing orders
- Assist Accounts Department to follow up on payment
- Consolidation monthly sales report
- Any other ad hoc assignments
