Working hours and location
  • 5.5 days work week (alternate Saturday off)
  • Working Hours: 9.00am – 6.00pm
  • Location: Alexandra(6/25 to 8/25), office will shift to Bugis Junction(9/25 onwards)
Responsibilities for Patient Care Coordinator (training will be provided)

Responsible for facilitating seamless communication and coordination between patients, healthcare providers, and administrative staff to ensure exceptional patient care and satisfaction. This role serves as the primary point of contact for patients, managing their care journey from appointment scheduling to follow-up, while maintaining a compassionate and professional demeanor.

  • Patient Communication: Act as the main liaison for patients, addressing inquiries
  • Appointment Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule patient appointments, ensuring optimal use of provider availability and patient convenience.
  • Insurance Credit Advice: Advising patient with best options related to managing insurance policies for medical treatment
  • Insurance and Billing Support: Assist patients with insurance verification, pre-authorizations, and billing inquiries, coordinating with the billing department as needed.
  • Follow-Up Care: Monitor patient progress, schedule follow-up appointments, and ensure adherence to treatment plans.
  • Administrative Support: Perform clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, and managing correspondence to support the healthcare team.
Qualifications for Administrative Assistant
  • ‘Fresh A’ level , diploma or university graduates can apply
  • 1 year of clerical, secretarial, or office experience will be added advantage.
  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin
