Responsibilities:

• Process quotations and orders accurately and efficiently
• Handle email and phone enquiries, providing excellent customer service and building strong relationships
• Source products from supplier or online shopping platform when items not available in warehouse
• Any other duties assigned by Sales Manager

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of sales or admin experience
• Strong multitasking & customer service skills
• Meticulous, motivated and well‑organised
• Proficient in sourcing goods from online shopping platform like Shopee, Lazada, Taobao and 1688 etc

Working Hours:
