We are seeking a motivated and organized Production Coordinator to join AVPD Studio, our production arm that powers live events and video storytelling. The role supports both live event activations (audio, visual, lighting) and video production, including studio-based shoots. You will help manage logistics, schedules, and communication across teams, ensuring smooth coordination from pre-production to on-site execution and post-delivery.

You will report directly to the Head of Studios, and work closely with producers, creatives, and technical teams to bring each project to life. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, hands‑on production environment and wants to grow across studio, live event, and content production.

What You’ll Own
Event & AVL Coordination

  • Prepare production schedules, call sheets, and logistics plans
  • Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and freelancers for equipment rental, crew bookings, transport, and venue setup
  • Assist during on‑site setups, rehearsals, and live show operations
  • Track and management inventory, ensuring AVL equipment is properly maintained and returned
Studio & Video Production Coordination
  • Manage studio bookings, ensuring efficient scheduling and handover between productions
  • Coordinate shoot logistics including crew, talent, equipment, props, and locations
  • Provide on‑set support during studio shoots – including assisting with camera operation, lighting setup, or basic vMix/live‑streaming systems
  • Manage production documents such as shoot schedules, release forms, and shot lists
  • Liaise with post‑production teams to ensure deliverables are on schedule and meet client expectations
  • Quality‑check final content before client handover
Administrative Support
  • Maintain and update production trackers, expense sheets, and budget summaries
  • Handle quotations, purchase orders, and vendor payments with finance
  • Help streamline workflows across event, studio, and content team
