Key Responsibilities:

• Acts as customer / sales force liaison for quote / order clarification, interchange of technical and commercial data and the resolution of questions and problems
• Follow up quotation with customer
• Processes customer orders
• Coordinate between Sales and Production
• Ensure that customer requirement is understood by Production
• Issue material requisition form
• Coordinate documentation for shipment
• Organizes and maintain reference files
• Coordinates customer credit rating with Accounts Department and assures the limits are not exceeded in placing orders
• Assist Accounts Department to follow up on payment
• Consolidation monthly sales report
• Any other ad hoc assignments
