We at Orchard Scotts Dental Pte Ltd are in search of Superstar Treatment Coordintor who will serve in a key growth position in providing comprehensive support to our clients in all aspects of the dental business.

The ideal candidate is required to have one year verifiable frontline customer service experience, as well as a strong reputation for having the ability to produce the results required to place our organization prominently in front of our ideal clients.

Responsibilities

The general duties for the ideal candidate include but are not limited to :

  • Liaise between patients, dentists, hygienists, and other clinic team members.
  • Ensure patients understand their treatment plan
  • Handle objections to proposed treatment.
  • Educate patients, as necessary, regarding their dental benefits.
  • To demonstrate care, empathy and professionalism in frontline services to patients
  • In-depth knowledge of dentistry and ability to describe procedures in simple language
Requirements
  • Nitec/ Diploma or equivalent with computer skills.
  • Superb communication skills
  • Customer service skills
  • Influencing/negotiation skills
  • • Ability to work independently
  • Experience in Healthcare, Frontline customer service will be an added advantage.
  • Mature, positive attitude, team player, cheerful personality.
  • 5.5 days work week, 9am - 6pm weedays, 9am - 1pm Sat.
