Job summary
A recruitment agency in Singapore is seeking a Senior Contracts Manager. The role involves leading the tendering cycle, managing document compliance, and negotiating contract terms. Qualifications

- Experience in HDB projects in Singapore is crucial.
Responsibilities
- Lead full tendering cycle from bid strategy to final submission.
- Collaborate with internal teams for complete submissions.
- Drive negotiation of commercial terms with clients.

- Tender Management: Lead full tendering cycle — from bid strategy, risk assessment, and pricing coordination to final submission and post-tender negotiations.
- Document Review & Compliance: Interpret and evaluate client-issued tender documents (RFPs, BOQs, drawings) to ensure all technical and commercial requirements are met.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams (estimating, procurement, legal, engineering) to prepare complete and high-quality submissions.
- Contract Negotiation: Drive negotiation of commercial terms, risk allocation, and contract conditions with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Process Development & Oversight: Establish structured workflows for approvals, documentation, and handover to project teams while maintaining accuracy and timeliness.
- Qualifications: Degree in QS/Construction/Civil Engineering; 10+ years’ experience (5 years in a senior role); excellent knowledge of contracts, risk management, and construction practices; excellent communication, leadership, and MS Office/project software skills.
- Must have experience in HDB projects in Singapore.
- Location: Tampines
