Job summary

An oil and gas EPC company in Singapore is urgently seeking a Project Coordinator to oversee all aspects of FPSO projects. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Law, Engineering, Construction Management, or Quantity Surveying and at least 15 years of experience in the industry. Fluency in English and Mandarin is essential for this role. This position requires excellent coordination and legal compliance skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years experience in oil & gas, marine and/or construction industries.
• Experience in FPSO projects is an advantage.
• Ability to speak English and Mandarin for vendor communication.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all project aspects from contracting strategies to implementation.
• Ensure compliance with contract administration and legalities.
• Manage contracts between subcontractors and the company.

Anoil & gas EPC company specialized inFPSO project is looking for the following to join their team in Singapore urgently

Responsibilities

• Overall in charge for coordinating every aspect of the project from developing contracting strategies to implementation, coordinating with project team, ensuring project deadlines on contracting are adhered to and contract management
• Collaborate with legal team to ensure that all commercial and contract aspects of the project are properly administered in accordance with the requirements of Client's contract
• Liaise frequently among project management team and legal team to manage the contracts between subcontractors and Company

Requirements

• Degree in Law, Engineering, Construction Management or Quantity Surveying
• Minimum 15 years experience preferably in oil & gas, marine and/or construction industries
• Experience working in shipyard an advantage
• Ability to speak English and Mandarin as this role requires to deal with vendors from China and Europe
• Ability to handle confidential or sensitive issues
• Ability to comply with applicable laws and regulations, company's code of business conduct and foreign corrupt
• Experience in FPSO projects an advantage
