Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare and issue purchase requisitions and purchase orders based on project requirements, ensuring timely and cost-effective procurement.
• Review and evaluate contract documents from clients and main contractors to ensure compliance and understanding.
• Conduct price comparisons and negotiate with suppliers and vendors to achieve the best possible pricing and terms.
• Manage variation orders and other contractual changes, ensuring proper documentation and approvals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and subcontractors, ensuring reliable and efficient procurement processes.
• Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and contract details.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in an Engineering field or related discipline.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and strong computer literacy.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
