Job summary

A well-established company in Singapore is seeking a candidate for a role involving PLC programming for HVAC systems. Responsibilities include troubleshooting control circuits, conducting system testing, and performing routine maintenance. Candidates must hold a Diploma or Degree in Electrical or Mechatronics Engineering and have a good understanding of PLC programming and industrial control systems. This position offers a contract of 6-12 months with the possibility of extension, working from Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma/Degree in Electrical or Mechatronics Engineering.
• Good understanding of PLC programming with hands-on experience.
• Able to read and interpret electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.

• Assist in programming and wiring PLC controller for HVAC systems.
• Support troubleshooting of PLC programs and control circuits.
• Conduct system testing, commissioning, and routine maintenance.

Job description

• Well Established Company
• Basic $3000 - $3500
• Working location: Kaki Bukit
• Working days: Monday to Friday
• Working Hours: 9am to 6pm
• 6-12 months contract, subject to extension

Job Responsibilities

• Assist in programming and wiring PLC controller for HVAC/cooling systems
• Support troubleshooting of PLC programs, I/O signals, control circuits, and instrumentation
• Conduct system testing, commissioning, and routine maintenance
• Work with sensors, actuators, and control components connection to ensure system reliability
• Perform diagnostics and help document system configurations
• Any ad hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements

• Minimum Diploma/Degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechatronics Engineering
• Good understanding of PLC programming (e.g., ladder logic, function block) and hands‑on project experience
• Good understanding of industrial control systems, control circuits, and instrumentation
• Able to read and interpret electrical schematics, P&IDs, and wiring diagrams
