Job summary

A dedicated recruiting firm in Jurong East is seeking an Admin Assistant to manage administrative tasks and support operational workflows in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include processing Purchase Orders, maintaining documentation, and coordinating with suppliers. Ideal candidates should have at least ITE education and a year of administrative experience, with strong customer rapport skills. The role offers a monthly salary of up to $2800 and is for a full-time, permanent contract.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of relevant administrative experience in operations.
  • Candidate who can start immediately or within short notice will be preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and process Purchase Orders (PO), Delivery Orders (DO), and invoices accurately.
  • Maintain proper documentation and filing of purchasing and billing records.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to track orders and deliveries.
  • Verify billing details, reconcile discrepancies, and support payment processing.
  • Provide administrative support including data entry, reporting, and correspondence.
  • Manage enquiries and follow‑ups to ensure smooth workflow between operations and finance.
