A premium private club in Singapore is looking for an experienced accountant for a 6-month renewal contract. Responsibilities include managing invoices, preparing financial reports, processing payments, and addressing member inquiries. Candidates should have at least 2 years of relevant experience, a Diploma in Accountancy, and proficiency in Microsoft Office along with accounting software. The position requires confidentiality, good communication skills, and a strong work ethic. Transport is provided from Sixth Ave MRT.
Preparation of invoices.
Update the BEO (Banquet Event Order) report file and follow up on payment if needed.
Collect F&B Cashier Closing report and reconciliation between Club2000 and E-Point.
Update F&B sales figures in daily sales report.
Collect & file Guesthouse invoices.
Generate and send monthly Statements of Account to members.
Process GIRO applications for members when needed.
Monthly GIRO processing.
Bank Reconciliation
AR month-end closing
Prepare Amex / Offline Settlement when requested.
To handle members’ inquiries and complaints promptly.
Assist the Chief Accountant in various ongoing or new project works.
LCCA or Diploma in Accountancy
Min 2 years of relevant accounting experience
Knowledge of book-keeping procedures, accounts receivable (a must)
Well-versed in Microsoft Office, POS (E-point), and (Club2000) Accounting System preferred
Strict confidentiality in performing the duties.
Excellent communication in English and/or other languages
Good team player and independent worker.
Possess a good working attitude.
Efficient, strong sense of initiative, reliable and self-motivated
This is a 6 months renewal contract
Location: 36 Swiss Club Road (Transport provided at Sixth Ave MRT)
Working hours: 5 days work week (Mon to Fri)
