Your opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Senior Payroll Specialist to manage end-to-end payroll operations for our Singapore and Hong Kong employee populations. This is a standalone position in a team of two, ideal for a payroll professional who thrives in an autonomous environment, is confident in regional statutory compliance, and enjoys driving accuracy and service excellence.
About the role
As the Senior Payroll Specialist, you will be responsible for the full lifecycle of monthly payroll for Singapore and Hong Kong, including data preparation, validation, statutory reporting, and year-end obligations, and off cycles as required. You will act as the subject‑matter expert on CPF, IRAS, MPF, tax, leave, and entitlements, and partner closely with HR, Finance, and external vendors to ensure timely, accurate and compliant payroll delivery.
This 12-month contract is a fantastic opportunity to gain regional exposure in a respected global organisation while working with supportive stakeholders across APAC.
