Responsibilities
  • Oversee full spectrum of QS duties throughout pre- and post-contract stages.

  • Prepare, submit and review interim and final progress claims, and provide feedback to Management regarding payment responses.

  • Conduct regular site visits to track project progress and highlight any issues requiring attention.

  • Perform quantity take-offs, evaluate and prepare variation claims, and confirm measurements with clients when required.

  • Manage contract documentation and ensure timely closing of final accounts with both clients and subcontractors.

  • Track project milestones and payment schedules to ensure smooth cashflow and progress coordination.

  • Prepare, update and monitor construction programmes, including supporting documentation for delay claims when necessary.

Requirements
  • Degree in Construction Management / Applied Science, or Diploma in Building Services, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.

  • Able to handle demanding workloads and meet tight project timelines.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively.

  • Proficient in written and spoken English.

  • Self-driven, independent, and able to resolve challenges with minimal supervision.
