Job summary

A leading recruitment agency in Singapore is seeking an experienced HR professional to support end-to-end recruitment processes and provide operational HR support. Applicants should have a minimum of 2 years of HR experience, with a focus on HR Business Partnering or HR Operations. This role offers a contract position for 6 months with a competitive salary range.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end recruitment and selection processes.
• Handle performance appraisals, confirmation and promotion exercises.
• Provide HR advisory and operational support to internal stakeholders.
• Assist with payroll administration and contract renewals.
• Manage exit processes and HR-related documentation.
• Prepare manpower reports and HR submissions.
• Maintain HR data accuracy and support HR system updates.
• Provide general HR administrative support as required.

Location: Jalan Bukit Merah
Employment Type: Contract (6 months)
Salary Range: $3,500 – $4,500 per month
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, office hours
