An educational service provider in Singapore is seeking an experienced ICT Trainer to design and implement ICT training programs for primary school students. Qualifications

Endeavour Primary School

Contract Period: From 1 Jan 2026 to 31 Dec 2026. Personnel to be deployed at the following hours:

  • Mon – Thurs: 7:30am – 4:30pm, inclusive of 1hr lunch
  • Fri: 7:30am – 4:00pm, inclusive of 1hr lunch
  • No service required on Saturdays, Sundays, and gazetted public holidays

The services required are set out as follows:

  1. The ICT Trainer shall work closely with the Head of Department (HOD) for ICT to design and implement an ICT training programme for Primary 1 to Primary 6 pupils, aligned with MOE Digital Literacy skills. The vendor shall submit a sample ICT plan and/or lesson plan from previous school engagements as part of the proposal. Experience with the Student Learning Space (SLS) will be considered an advantage.
  2. The ICT Trainer shall collaborate with HODs from various departments and subject-level representatives to manage the ICT Training Programme and coordinate training schedules.
  3. The ICT Trainer shall assist in other ICT-related tasks, including facilitating and preparing students for ICT competitions during non-coaching hours.
  4. The ICT Trainer shall develop teaching content and resources during non-coaching hours to enhance the learning experience.
  5. The ICT Trainer shall assist in refreshing and updating the school's website content. Basic to intermediate HTML knowledge will be considered an added advantage.
  6. The ICT Trainer shall plan and conduct simple coding lessons for Primary 3 to Primary 6 students in the ICT Club, incorporating Social Emotional Learning (SEL) skills. Final projects will be featured on the school website and integrated into school activities.
  7. The ICT Trainer shall assist the school in designing and creating digital media, such as graphic posters and videos, for school events during non-coaching hours. Interested vendors shall submit samples of their digital art portfolio as part of the proposal. All multimedia samples must be included as GeBIZ attachments. Submissions of samples through hyperlinks will not be accepted.
  8. The ICT Trainer shall manage photography and videography for school events and classroom observations. Proficiency in photo/video editing software and experience in handling photography equipment are required.
Requirements
  • Minimum of three years' experience in conducting similar ICT-related programmes in Singapore primary schools.
  • Diploma in Infocomm and Technology, Multimedia, Graphic Design, or a related programme.
  • Must be registered with the Ministry of Education as of the ITQ closing date. (The Contractor shall ensure that personnel deployed remain registered with the Ministry of Education throughout the Contract Period.)
