What You’ll Do
Operational Lead: Manage daily workflows, staffing and patient safety.
Case Management: Attend rounds & conferences to identify needs, solve issues and gather feedback.
On-Call Leadership: Guide critical escalations and ensure swift resolutions.
QA & Reporting: Monitor KPIs, report incidents/infections and drive audit cycles.
Team Development: Host monthly ward meetings, appraisals and champion continuous learning.
Community Engagement: Participate in committees and volunteer outreach.
What You Bring
Qualifications: Bachelor’s in Nursing (SNB-recognized) or Post-Basic qualification
Experience: 5+ years in inpatient nursing with supervisory chops
Skills: Stellar leadership, decision-making & problem-solving; strong communication; MS Office proficiency; thrives in fast-paced teams
