Management of CHRO’s schedule and meetings
- Serves as the primary point of contact, handling correspondence and phone calls with external and internal stakeholders
- Manages an active calendar of appointments and meetings
- Plans, coordinates, and ensures the CHRO’s schedule is followed.
- Arranges travel plans, itineraries, and agendas for travel-related meetings, conferences, and study trips, as applicable.
- Plans agenda for the meetings, writes minutes, and tracks follow-up action items.
Facilitation and Communication with Stakeholders
- Provides a bridge for smooth communication between the Office of CHRO and both internal and external stakeholders.
- Assists and expedites issues received by the Office of CHRO.
Manages the filing system for the Office of CHRO. - Ensures the Office of CHRO’s administrative needs are attended to promptly.
- Facilitate onboarding and off-boarding matters for HR staff.
- Facilitate and organize the HR division’s activities
Project Management
- Facilitates and drives Projects out of the Office of CHRO
- Prepares slides and documentation to assist the CHRO for strategic staff engagement and project planning.
- Identify, engage, and coordinate with stakeholders to execute the projects.
- Reports progress, outcomes, and tracks timeline.
Other Miscellaneous
- Manage and track the HR Division’s FY Budget submission, utilization, and/or activities.
- Active Project team member of HR Knowledge Management, Quality and Continuous Improvement (KQCI) unit.
- IT and Fixed Asset Coordinator for HR Division, including managing tracking and audit matters.
- Any other projects as assigned.
